Top Reasons to Choose Catholic Schools
In challenging economic times, why should parents choose a Catholic education for their children? NCEA President Karen Ristau asked the sixty members of NCEA’s various department executive committees to give us answers. Take these reasons and tailor them to fit your school – and be proactive in letting parents know the outstanding education your institution offers in both faith and academics.

Catholic elementary and high schools offer:
•    Catholic tradition and academic excellence in a community grounded in a common faith
•    A balanced curriculum including art and music
•    Learning with a moral purpose – educating students to serve others and develop leadership
•    A high graduation rate (99%)
•    Strong preparation for further education
•    A safe and disciplined environment
•    Exceptional faculty who help students reach their highest potential
•    Good stewardship of resources

Prinicipal's Welcome and Admission Policy
Venerini Academy

Principal's Welcome

Welcome to the Venerini Academy!

Thank you for taking the time to discover Venerini Academy. For more than sixty years the enduring charism of the Venerini Sisters and the presence of dedicated lay women and men have provided a nurturing environment in which students from Pre-K through Grade 8 are challenged to grow spiritually, morally, academically and physically.

Meet our students and faculty, chat with our teachers and our parents. Enjoy discovering the “Venerini Difference”. We look forward to partnering with you in educating your son or daughter by offering a challenging curriculum that encourages critical thinking, creativity and traditional values.

The Admissions Packet and our website should help answer many of your questions. However, please do not hesitate to contact the Admissions Office for additional information or to schedule a visit. Since placement in most levels is limited, we encourage your family to apply early. Consider completing the Admissions Application included in this packet or posted on the Venerini Academy website and returning it with the required application fee. This will allow the Admissions Office to schedule an interview with your family and the Principal. During that visit, we will also assess your child’s academic strengths and social readiness.

Thank you for your interest in Venerini Academy,

David E. Fredette, Ed.D

Principal, Venerini Academy
